Diversified - The Diversified Technique (DT) is the most common and widely used chiropractic technique used
by chiropractors today. Like many chiropractic techniques, Diversified uses high velocity - low impact thrusts.
Diversified Technique's main function is to restore proper movement and alignment of the spine and other joints.

Applied Kinesiology - Kinesiology locates weaknesses in specific muscles through a series of tests. Massage or
acupressure techniques are used to re-balance what has been uncovered by the Kinesiology tests. This technique
is used as an assessment tool and as a limited therapeutic modality.

S.O.T. - Sacral Occipital Technique is a healing practice used to balance the cranial and sacral systems in the
body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids and connective tissues of the head and spinal area.

Activator - The Activator Technique is widely used and well known chiropractic technique that was developed by
Arlan Fuhr, DC as an alternative to manual manipulation of the spine or extremity joints. The technique uses a
small handheld spring-loaded instrument which delivers a small impulse to the spine. The process is generally regarded as a softer chiropractic treatment technique and its aim is to produce enough force to move the vertebrae but not enough to cause injury.

Extremity Adjusting - Often people ask me, “What is an Extremity?” The best way to answer that is “anything that is not the spine”. When I adjust the spine and people still have some pain, I have to investigate further and often we find that problems caused by the ribs, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees or ankles, when out of alignment tend to be part of the issue. Using specific techniques for Extremities, I can adjust the offending area to facilitate the nervous system to get the proper messages from those areas to the brain. So, if you are a professional athlete or weekend warrior, chiropractic can help!
